About this role
Supports the day-to-day operations and manages changes and issues across multiple HR systems, including Oracle eBusiness Suite, SmartRecruiters, and Cornerstone Learning. Requires strong knowledge of HR technology, processes, and payroll systems, along with advanced understanding of multiple HR systems and their interdependencies. Must have experience in governing HR data, working with stakeholders on data access, and delivering system changes through a project lifecycle. Familiarity with GDPR and equivalent data privacy regimes is essential.
